Are these suitable for sensitive eyes?
Our bond and sealant are both hypoallergenic and have been thoroughly tested. The lash remover itself has been formulated with mild ingredients.
Are these lashes reusable?
Minuteglam lashes can be re-used up to 2 – 3 times with proper care and sanitation. Please refer to our ‘How to Apply & Remove’ section on our website.
Can I shower with them on?
Yes, you can, our lashes have been tested and proven to be water resistant. However, we recommend that you not get them completely soaking wet. Avoid rubbing your lashes when you are washing your face.
How do I dry my wet lashes?
Use a dry face towel too gently press and hold to your eyes for 5 – 10 seconds. Avoid rubbing your lashes.
What if a lash segment lifts or falls off?
Don’t panic, this can happen and can easily be fixed. Apply a new layer of bond to the missing lash segment area, then re-apply the lash segment followed by sealant. Always make sure you fuse the lashes together using our lash applicator.
Can I layer my lashes to get a fuller look?
Yes, you can, although keep in mind that if you have thinner lashes, by putting a second layer of lash segments, this will weigh down your natural lashes.
How do I know if I am allergic to your products?
Although our product is proven and tested to be hypoallergenic, we still recommend doing a patch test 24 hours before you apply our products. Patch testing is done by applying a small amount of the product on the back off your ear or on your wrist. Leave it on without washing for 24 hours and monitor any reactions.
Can I wear glasses with my lashes on?
Absolutely, Minuteglam lashes are made for every woman. All our lash styles are in D-Curl and have 4 different lengths, 10mm, 12mm and 14mm & 16mm. Wearing glasses will not affect the retention of your lash extension, as long as there is no friction between the lashes and the lens.
Are Minuteglam lashes cruelty free?
Yes, our lashes are not tested on animals and are made of Korean PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) material. Our product is ethically sourced, handmade, re-usable and can be recycled, to help customers make the best choice for our environment.
